- Agenda Building Book
- This is an overview of the process and a handbook for local coordinators.
- Agenda Form
- This document is used to return results of the Assemblies to NCWU in preparation
for Women's Advocacy Day.

- Sample letter to member organizations
- This recruits advocates to work on the draft agenda and local activists to
organize the agendas in their communities.

- Draft Agenda
- The document discussing all of the issues in detail. Typically made available
to attendees before the assembly.

- This document summarized progress in the 100 counties on issues of concern
to NCWU. Various formats were made available to print for the assembly attendees:
