Overview
The Annual Meeting of NC Women United is held each spring to elect board members,
governance committee members, hear reports from the committees, and discuss other
items that come before the membership. We are still a very new organization, so
the conversation can be wide ranging. Come with a view to what your organization
wants from and can contribute to NCWU!
Elections
Board members are elected for 2-year terms. The terms starting July 1 include
President, First Vice President, Treasurer and six Directors-at-Large. [The current
terms of the Second Vice President, Secretary and the four Directors for Policy
end June 30, 2006.]
The Governance Committee will be presenting a slate for the board members and
for the new Governance Committee. More information
on the elections.
